Airconditioning

Each room has airconditioning hot/cold.

Wifi / TV

Free WiFi is available throughout the house. You can receive English, Dutch and Spanish channels on the TV in the living room.

Mosquito nets

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters so that you can sleep carefree with the windows open

Bed linen and towels

The prices of this villa includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. If you stay two weeks or longer we can come and change the bed linen and towels at an additional cost.

Damage deposit

In addition to the normal booking costs, you pay a deposit of €500. This amount is added to the booking´s cost and is paid in advance by bank transfer. You will receive this amount back on your bank acount within eight days after check out. If something is missing or damaged from the villa during your stay, we will of course deduct this amount from your deposit.

High chair- cot

Please let us know if you are coming with small children so we can set up the high chairs and cots for you.

  • What time can I check in and check out?

    Arrival and departure days are always on a Saturday. Check out before 10am and check in after 4pm.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, pets are not allowed.

  • Is a group of young people allowed?

    Groups with partying young people are not allowed. The villa is located in a neat residential area and is surrounded by neighbors.

  • Is smoking allowed in the villa?

    No, smoking is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is of course allowed outside in the garden. Just make sure you clean up your cigarette butts.

  • Can we cancel free of charge?

    Please contact us for the cancellation policy.

  • Do we also have to make a deposit?

    To reserve the villa you have to make a deposit of 30%. The remainder (70%) must be received by the owner no later than 5 weeks before the check-in date.

  • What to do if I run into problems during my stay?

    The owners of Villa Bohemia live in Jávea. They will welcome you at check-in and you can always contact them with questions and/or problems.
